Delivery & Terms Of Delivery: Purchases will be delivered as quickly as possible, the terms of delivery described on the website are merely an indication and really don’t count as final. Vape Luxury can put more details regarding all terms of delivery on the website or make the information identifiable in an alternative written form. The information is simply designed as an indicator.
If a product is ordered by the purchaser and is momentarily out of stock, information will be given about the availability. The purchaser will be informed of the delay by email.
Limited Warranty: Vapeluxury.com.au offers a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover atomizers due to the heavy use toll and expected life of the part and is subject to terms and conditions of purchase. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by vapouroxide, is damaged through the improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse.
Returns: We will happily accept exchange or return of any products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship if returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Exchange or Returns do not cover buyers remorse. Please contact us first to see if we can help you resolve the problem. Return postage fee's are at customers expense. In order to receive warranty claim, product will need to be return within 3 month of purchase date. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by Vape Luxury. We absolutely DO NOT accept returns of e-liquid, atomizers or other consumable or disposable products for any reason.
